Evaluation Worksheets
Evaluation Coordinators: The following worksheets can be used by evaluators to record their results during evaluation sessions.
The first worksheets is in PDF format that can be printed. The player names, shirt colors and numbers can be filled in with a pen and then the sheet copied for use at an evaluation session.
The second worksheets is in Microsoft Excel format. This file can be downloaded, opened in Excel and then filled in with player names, shirt colors and numbers before being printed and copied for use at an evaluation session.
