2021 AGM Notice

The Aurora Soccer Club will be holding their 2021 Annual General Meeting on November 19th, 2021 at 7 PM over Zoom.

The Zoom invite will be sent out to membership closer to the date of the AGM.

Reviewed 2020 financial statements will be available closer to the date of the AGM.

Bylaw amendments have been put forward by the current Aurora Soccer Club Board of Directors these will need to be voted on by the membership during the AGM. A summary of the amendments and rationale is available here. Additionally, an original and proposed amended bylaws are available here.

There are a number of board positions that are available which include:

• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Registrar
• Technical Administer
• Directors at Large

Other positions which include chairs of the:

• Technical Committee
• COVID Committee
• Equipment Committee/Coordinator
• Tournament Committee
• Human Resources Committee
• Volunteer Committee

If you would like to be nominated for any of these seats/positions please have your nomination into Rees Davies (president@aurorasoccer.ca) the President of the Aurora Soccer Club no later than November 15^th, 2021.
